Original paintings, prints and cards depicting Galiano Island.
"I paint Galiano Island trees to enchant you with their beauty and share their earthy poetry. Learning my lessons from the trees I study and paint, I seek to feel the rhythms in their branches, and echo that melody in my approach to their environment, sky, grasses, sandstone and shorelines."

Kenna Fair’s work reflects a deep-seated connection to the landscapes and life-forms of the West Coast.
Whether turning her discerning eye to the world ‘above’--through her depiction of the vast array of birds populating the Pacific Northwest--or to the range of creatures stirring in tidal pools and below the oceans surface--Fair’s work compels viewers into an enhanced state of attentiveness to the beauty that surrounds us.

After graduating from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 2001, I moved to Toronto to pursue a career in textile art and fashion. I switched gears in 2007 to tattooing and have been working professionally in the trade ever since. On the side I write pysanky (Ukrainian easter eggs), make ceramics, stitch embroidery and quilts, paint, draw, collage, weave, knit, and make my own clothing.

Monica Burrow is primarily a landscape painter who works in acrylic on canvas or cradled wood panel. Born in Vancouver BC, she has spent time exploring throughout the local mountains, BC, the Yukon, the western US, looking at the subtleties of, and the variety in the natural landscape.
Her work shows an attraction to colour and composition. The outdoors is a source of endless inspiration.
Monica is drawn to the play of light over the land, the formations of clouds and weather systems, and rich colour - either actual or imagined - often attracts her to paint a subject.
Textile Artist specializing in 3-dimensional animal and avian sculpture.
"I offer a unique selection of one-of-a-kind weird and whacky animal collectibles, and equally bizarre and fun monster themed wallets and bags."

Philip's work reflects his respect and admiration for the Renaissance and Baroque masters while including references to photography, printmaking and other more contemporary processes.
She is a founder of Yellowhouse Art Centre Society on Galiano Island BC where she currently lives and works.
Sandra's work is inspired by her stunning natural environment on Galiano: The textures and colors of the forest and ocean shoreline are the inspiration for each piece. Sandra’s frequent trips to Japan are also a strong influence on her work, where she is exposed to many different styles of pottery, flower arranging and tea ceremony.
